Move from the retired v1 contract

Shared public API keys are no longer accepted. /api/public/v1 returns 410 Gone with api_v1_retired. API v2 is live; see availability for the verified API base URL and data coverage. Old list/contact requests are not forwarded to v2. Create a scoped key in Developers, verify its identity with GET /me, then use /api/public/v2. Remove acting-user headers: identity and permissions come from the credential. Existing outbound webhook subscriptions retain their legacy contract until you explicitly create a v2 subscription.

Create a list with embedded contacts	`POST /lists`, then `POST /imports` or contact writes and membership writes
Rename or regroup a list	`PUT /lists/{id}` with the full list write shape
Append contacts by phone	Upsert `/contacts` using stable external IDs; attach membership or use `/imports`
Remove a contact by phone	Resolve and persist the stable contact ID; choose membership removal or contact deletion explicitly
Remove a contact from a list	`DELETE /lists/{id}/contacts/{contactId}` removes membership only
Delete a contact	`DELETE /contacts/{id}` deletes the contact itself
Read call analytics	`GET /analytics/summary` with a scoped key and optional list/owner grouping

All normal v2 writes require a persisted idempotency key. Matching retries return the original status/body; receipts survive resource deletion. Read retry safety, imports and historical coverage before migration.
