The PowerDialer Public API lets an external system manage contact lists and read call analytics without a browser login. Every request acts on behalf of one PowerDialer user, named in a header, so one integration can serve many users with a single key.

What you can do

Contact lists

Create, rename, regroup and delete the lists reps dial from.

Contacts

Add up to 10,000 contacts per request; remove by id or phone number.

Analytics

Read a user’s call counts, connect and conversation rates for any date range.

How requests work

  1. Authenticate with the shared key — Authorization: Bearer <key> or x-api-key: <key>.
  2. Name the PowerDialer user the request acts for — x-user-email or x-user-id.
  3. Call an endpoint. Reads and writes are limited to lists that user owns, and analytics are that user’s own.
Keep the key on your server. Anyone holding it can act for any user, so it must never be embedded in a browser, mobile app or other client-side code.

Quickstart

Create a list, add contacts and read analytics in three requests.
